HISTORY
Each of BRTC's founding members had more than a decade of experience in the telecom industry, including years of work in technical fields with some of the world's major telecom equipment makers like Nortel, Nokia, Siemens, Cisco, Lucent, Motorola, Ericsson, Alcatel, New Bridge, and other domestic telecom equipment vendors. BRTC's initial business focus was providing such technical services as on-site survey, installation, provisioning, commissioning, trouble- shooting, testing, optimization, maintenance and training to telecom equipment vendors, telecom network operators and corporate customers.
Soon after its birth in 2006, BRCC acquired a portion of business assets from BRTC. The business assets acquired by BRCC from BRTC are a portion of BRTC's system integration business and a portion of BRTC's testing solution business, including a part of BRTC's R&D resources and several technologies developed by BRTC. In fact, most of BRTC's owners became owning shares in both BRTC and BRCC. Since the end of this inter-company reconstruction in the first quarter of 2006, BRTC and BRCC have been operated as a pair of sister companies pursuing different business directions. Whenever it is suitable and necessary, these two independently operated entities closely work together and support each other's business efforts.
